Kim McDaniel, MA is a preferred provider with Premera Blue Cross and Regence Blue Shield, and is a contracted provider with several Employee Assistance Programs including Microsoft.

 Sliding scale fees may be available for those who demonstrate financial need.  Payment is expected at the time of service.
